At NTURABOV, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Used products
- Opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products purchased by mistake
- Customer preference or dissatisfaction after use

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, worn, washed, opened, or damaged pet products cannot be returned.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nijat.turabli@gmail.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or fulfillment provider, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping is not provided or covered unless we specifically approve a return due to an error, damaged item, or defective product.
