We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada, where shipping service is available.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
- Price: Free
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping
- Price: $4.99
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free Express Shipping
- Orders over $75 qualify for free Express Shipping where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, fulfillment availability, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Fulfillment Partner

Some orders may be fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) or other third-party fulfillment partners. Orders may be shipped in unbranded packaging or packaging selected by the fulfillment provider.

4. Shipping to Canada

For Canadian orders, delivery times, shipping availability, taxes, duties, or import fees may vary depending on the delivery address and fulfillment availability.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, refunds, or replacement.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
